And the 2012 winner was...
BLACKBERRY is the winner of the Fiasco Awards 2012, an honor awarded in Barcelona in its fourth edition. Of the 3,613 voters online 1,922 made this choice.

FIASCO AWARDS 2011

New edition!

And the 2011 winner was...
GOOGLE BUZZ has taken the prize Fiasco Awards, presented in Barcelona in its third edition. Of the 3220 voters 2817 have this decision. It has been given an honorable mention for the online referendum implemented in Barcelona (Spain) in order to let citizens decide the future of one of the main streets of the city (Diagonal Ave).

FIASCO AWARDS 2010

Second edition! The organization is aware that the Fiasco Awards is giving the prize to a product that is not yet on the market, but after consulting the rules of the competition it states that there is no condition that prevents this candidacy, now awarded a prize from an absolute majority. However, if within a year the market's response to the iPad is not the predicted fiasco, the organization will present the 2010 edition of the Fiasco Awards as a finalist to receive the same award next year.

And the 2010 winner was...
iPAD. From the more than 7,000 people who voted via the website www.fiascoawards.com, 4,325 have considered it the fiasco of the year.

FIASCO AWARDS 2009 (first Edition)

First times are always something special ;-) First step in a long way.

And the 2009 winner was...
WINDOWS VISTA, out of the 6.403 people voting, 5.222 considered Microsoft's Operating System a Great Fiasco.

Second prize for...

SAGA, the Administration and Academic Management System of the Education Department of the Catalan Government comes second, having been voted a Fiasco.
